Process

Stage 1 — Brief & Asset Collection

Every project begins with a structured brief: target audience, deliverable formats, resolution requirements, deadline, and reference imagery. We accept Revit models, SketchUp files, Rhino, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD drawings, and PDF plans. Missing details are flagged immediately — not discovered mid-render.

Stage 2 — Scene Build & Camera Selection

Our artists import models, resolve geometry issues, and establish camera angles aligned with your marketing narrative. For exteriors, we assess sun path and context. For interiors, we validate furniture scale and sightlines. Clay renders (untextured greyscale) are delivered for composition sign-off.

Stage 3 — Material & Lighting Application

Materials are matched to specifications using manufacturer textures and custom shader development. Lighting scenarios follow your brief: bright midday, warm golden hour, dramatic dusk, or interior artificial lighting. HDRI environments provide accurate reflections.

Stage 4 — Review & Revision

Two revision rounds are included in every quote. Feedback is collected via annotated markup tools. We track revision scope to prevent scope creep and communicate timeline impact of additional changes transparently.

Stage 5 — Post-Production & Delivery

Final images receive colour grading, entourage (people, vehicles, vegetation), and atmospheric effects in Photoshop. Deliverables include print-ready TIFF (300dpi), web JPEG, and optional layered PSD. Animations delivered as MP4 (4K) with optional ProRes source.

Typical timelines

  • Single exterior render: 5–7 business days
  • Interior package (5 views): 10–14 business days
  • 60-second animation: 3–4 weeks
