Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of insinporfi.agency and services by Insin Porfi Studio, 701 Brazos Street, Suite 212, Austin, TX 78701. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Website Use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, or transmit harmful code. All site content is our intellectual property.

3. Services

Visualization services are provided under separate project agreements specifying scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables. Signed agreements prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive licence to use delivered images and animations for stated project purposes. Insin Porfi retains right to display work in portfolio unless NDA prohibits. Source files available at additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate drawings, timely feedback, and necessary approvals. Delays in client response extend delivery timelines proportionally.

6. Payment

Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Work pauses if invoices are 15+ days overdue.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect damages. Renders are artistic representations — not construction documents.

8. Governing Law

Texas law governs these Terms. Disputes resolved in Travis County, Texas courts.
